I just finished reading this entire thread. It took me about a week to get through the 190 pages and I probably only soaked in a small fraction of the wealth of knowledge that this thread contains. I am going to read through it again and take notes (not even kidding), and apply it to my own journey.
Blair, thanks for sharing your experiences and setting an example of what it takes to be successful in the industry. So many should be proud of this thread and the plethora of useful information that is free for the ambitious up and comers.
The willingness to help displayed in this thread has been a breath of fresh air compared to the naysayers that abound in many other threads.
