How many of you are having trouble getting parts?

I have a 2018 DD15 with a water pump out and can’t get one. They are on national back order and apparently there are trucks sitting all over the country waiting for one.

Have also been told that nox sensors are becoming quite scarce.

Going to go look at an older truck tomorrow that doesn’t have all this ridiculous computer crap on it.

Yes for awhile now. We had a driver open his door while backing and jammed it into the building. Cascadia. It sat for over a month waiting on some stupid door part. When it’s something like a water pump on backorder you know it’s bad.

I just had to wait two weeks for a nox sensor. Dealer had to pull some strings to get it. We have another truck that has been missing a fender mirror for at least a month now because they can't get one.

Take good care of your equipment guys, it's not looking good.

Yeah cummins parts are scarce as well too. I called asking about a water pump last week and was told it was a 3 month wait at the minimum.

A friend of mine had a broken spring on the steering axle. Took them 7 days to get the spring from Japan, I think he said. It's a KW T680.

Throttle position sensor. Waiting for three weeks now. Driver took it apart and cleaned everything up. Put it back together and it works better now.
Parts from Cummins for older trucks are also scarce at times.
Yes I have trouble securing parts every day for many brands.

This bull#### is exactly why we need to manufacture this stuff in North America.

Its just plain ol' stupid to make products that rely on EVERY D### COUNTRY ON THE PLANET to build.

Heard that I believe they have a large lot (5000 or more) of Ford pickup F series (may have been 150's) that are not able to be moved for sell because of a microchip not being available.

Don't advertise that you’ll have yahoo's trying to steal nox sensors off semis like catalytic converters.

A buddy rebuilt his isx he waited 10 weeks for the kit . They looked everywhere. Boss has issues finding Michelin steer tires at times he orders them 20 at a time they deliver 4 or 5 apparently. Alternators for cats are tough as well.

    bzinger and JoeyJunk Thank this.
