Had a bad day today . While loading in Mansfield oh got forklift guy make a uturn next to my trailer damaging the rolling side of my trailer rub rail .
I came at 12:30 for loading ...this is happened around 3pm , broker notified , manager at the warehouse immediately told me that because of my attitude he is unloading me and want me out of the property immediately ....1 hour ago he apologized that it takes so long because both forklift guys are new ...i asked him certificate of insurance and he called the cops on me , cops showed up , i explained everything , they obtained insurance from the facility , the manager marked that they made tiny dent and scratch ... But conestoga doesn't close because of this " tiny " dent
They didn't want to mark anything on the bol or give insurance until cops showed up . Unloaded the product and i am out of there sitting on the truck stop next to it thinking what i have to do .

Geez. His guys damage you trailer but you are the bad attitude guy and he calls the cops. WTF is wrong with him?!

Too bad he didn’t have a good reason for the police. Like you tagging his jaw just a lil bit LOL. I don’t like violence or touching others but lately I’m feeling more and more like there is a HUGE percentage of our population that needs punched in the kisser. Call it a severe attitude adjustment. The old saying “knock some sense into” comes to mind.

There is a Tarpco in Kent on 76 but they are closed Saturday’s. Maybe something north around Sandusky? Only an hour away from you.

It won't close because the aluminum track is pushed in not allowing the rollers to pass? If that's the case, its an easy fix. Take a pipe wrench and work it along the bent guide. Tighten wrench to the flange and pry up. just work along the guide. Aluminum is soft 5-10 mins will have it straighten out looking new again.

I love how some of these shippers and recievers think high dollar equipment is theirs to wreck and it's no big deal.
