I did routine blood work and my doc told me I was pre-diabetic. I went on a low carb diet the next day and am no longer close to being a diabetic. Not saying it would work for everyone but it sure has worked for me.

I am starting keto tomorrow, have about a week before the test and even though I know it won't fix the problem of the diabetes itself in such a short time I'm hoping that it will give me a little lower test results to avoid the diagnosis. I am going to be keeping up with it to try and lose weight and get healthier either way.

It won’t, learn what the test is, the fasting and tolerance tests are the best to make a determination.

Also check out no sugar no grains diet.

I am in the same boat as you are, the one thing I did to dramaticly lower my numbers is I started taking Glucofort. Not from a doctor, but found it online. Works on the problem, not the symtoms.

Very low carb all the way to zerocarb and intermittent fasting would benefit a whole lot of drivers out here.

It's a common misconception that you need carbs to live when in reality all you need is fat and protein.

    Eff sugar, BTW. Just sayin.

Keep you in my thoughts, because you’ll loss your CDL if you are diagnosed! And won’t be able to drive a truck

    Who,
How were you able to do it?

Also, is your doctor required to report you to the authorities or something?

    Good job, BTW!
