C15 blow turbo now engine nose

I have a c15 that blew a turbo and now I have some type of engine noise coming from from the front of the engine.

It’s getting towed to mechanic but anyone take a guess what can a blown turbo damage that would cause weird noise front of engine.
I know it’s a guess but still

Valve or debris not properly cleaned and new turbo took a hit from metal.
