An '03 Columbia I was driving started doing that when I was running the a/c. Wan't getting enough air flow through the condenser. Had to evac the A/c, remove the condenser, take the hoses off the air cooler and separate it from the radiator. Then the mechanic blew it all out. Ended up with the floor covered 1/2" deep with crap that came out of there. Put it all back together, charged the a/c and no more problem.
I had tried blow the whole thing out before, but because it had been so many years since it was really cleaned i just ended up packing the crap in there more.Dadetrucking305 Thanks this. -
Changed out the high pressure switch/sensor and it’s still doing it.

Is it kicking at a certain temp? Only when AC is on?

Turn the a/c off. It's likely building head pressure, turning on the fan, head pressure comes down, fan goesoff

@Rideandrepair is pretty good with A/C, as well as several others, but he's the one I remember going really in depth recently.Dadetrucking305 Thanks this. -
