Don’t watch TV. Been like 25 or more years.
We do have a TV, blue ray DVD player, can’t remember the last time that it was on.
Think it was sometime last year. We watched Hamilton.

I'll keep that in mind. Doubt I'll bail, I tried to stop before and it didn't work then doubt it will work now.

The cause of sciatica needs to be known. I’ve had it for years. Buldging discs, treated by Chiropractic, Ruptured disc, treated by Surgery. Learned Physical therapy excercises. Done in the Truck, after surgery. It’s no fun, and very scary, when it’s bad, and you have a family to provide for. An MRI, if you haven’t already had one, will show the seriousness/cause of the pinched nerve. There’s no one solution. They all help. The physical therapy surprised me. Certain exercises really help. Working through the pain is hardest part. Don’t want to do further damage either. Especially if it’s a ruptured disc. My nerve was tangled up pretty bad, from doing my Own adjustments. Even Chiropractor said it’s too risky to do an adjustment. Thank God for a good Neurosurgeon. The pain had gotten much worse than I could ever imagine. I highly suggest physical therapy. Muscles support the skeleton. The Chiropractor only does what the body can no longer do on its own. The pelvic tilt exercise especially. Along with stomach crunches. Carefully done. I don’t try to do a sit up, just tighten lower stomach, while laying flat. Supposed to bend knees. Flat works better for me. Most Therapists focus on stomach muscles, but miss back muscles. Try laying on stomach, spread eagle arms and legs. Lift right arm, left leg simultaneously, then left arm, right leg. Like a puppeteer is pulling the strings. This strengthens the back muscles quickly. Laying on back, knees bent, twisting lower back, touching knees to floor, adjusts the spine. Have to be careful, though, don’t want to make things worse. The other ones are extension stretches. Laying on stomach do a push up, keeping hips on ground. Hold for 10 seconds, rest for 10 seconds. Check out the exercise, they’re all basically what a Chiropractor does to align the spine. Need the muscles strengthened, to keep it aligned.

Nothings worse than others suggestions, when your in pain. Lol. I know the feeling. Hope you get better soon. When all else fails, Valium works great as a muscle relaxer. The best. That was my last resort. Helped a lot, bought time. Only to come back worse a year later. Surgery was needed to avoid future nerve damage. But even a ruptured disc can heal itself. I had one heal itself. Still have 2 ruptured discs that don’t bother me much. Been 20 yrs since surgery. Pain was gone immediately. Some aren’t so lucky. Still have numbness in bug toe. Tingling in thigh But no more excruciating sciatica. Felt like being beaten with a baseball bat. Every 4 hrs. Like clockwork. Lasted 15 solid minutes. Had to stand on the painful leg to make it go away. Never knew it could get that bad. Always worked through pain and spasms. My torso would spasm, and be bent sideways. That hasn’t happened in years. Hopefully I can dodge the surgeon from now till ???
