    I'm finally home.

Mrs Skillet made me a chicken bacon ranch sammich.

She says I can have another one. I might take her up on it.

I don't have to go back out 'til LAAAAAATE Monday.

    Yay!!

Just did some burgers on my tire rim BBQ... They turned out awesome!

Started a fire with splinters of pine from beneath the splitter and let it burn down to coals. Then added a small pile of charcoal briquets and a few chunks of hickory. Once charcoal and hickory were going good I shut the door and added a foil lid. Once flames extinguished amd was getting good smoke I put the burgers on.

The temp was perfect for a slow cook of burgers... Took about 25 mins to fully cook, but not over cook. The burgers were nice and juicy but still cooked all the way through. The wife was impressed... And she is picky about her burgers.

No need for apologies. I do some basic yoga stretches daily, make a habit of trying to do at least minimum abdominal and back exercises daily as well. The combo of prednisone and methocarbamal allowed me to rest this afternoon, which is something I have missed this last week. Couple of days resting it and letting meds do their jobs to stop muscle spasm and I'm hoping I'm back to full speed.

Sounds better than a can of soup and a sandwich.

Trimmed the trees out front. Porter Cable Sawzall just keeps working. Can’t kill it. Drop it, from 20 ft. Leave it in the rain. It just won’t quit. It was $140, when Milwaukee’s were $100. 20+ yrs ago. Local Hardware store, Guy was right it was worth it.

Yep, ran out of daylight. Didn’t wake up till 3:00 pm. Didn’t get motivated till 7:00 pm. It’s awful. I’m so lazy anymore. Never been this bad.
