Hirschbach Acquires 300 Truck Reefer Fleet

Another smallish company gone.

 

Hirschbach doesn't need a bunch of used tractors, nor do they need a bunch of beat up trailers.
They want the drivers. That is all. And likely they will run them into the ground and lose 50% of them within a year.

 

Wonder how many lessor drivers are shopping for a new job today?

 

Let’s see here…. Lessors bought how many companies? Now they get bought by Hirshbach…. Wonder how long until Hirsbach sells. (not saying they will)

 

its mostly for the accounts not the people

 

The Grojean family has owned hirshbach for many years now and are well known for being crooks ...same family that bought up shanno transportation and greenfield transport and milked it dry.
They're business model is cut rates at shippers while leasing equipment to the drivers thus having very little business expenses.
Perfectly legal but they prey on people that will pay all the expenses associated with the tractors.
