I dont have or want my truck limited, in a 70 mph zone I may want to do 70. In a 55 I go 55, in a CONCTRUCTION ZONE I go what's posted. The signs after all say LIMIT, not suggestion. An argument that we want to be able to go ABOVE the posted limit all the time is a flawed argument. The argument should be we want 5mph OVER the highest limit of the land.

After finding out today I'm already covered under my carriers existing policy of 2million liability policy and having very good collision and comp rates on my tractor already I thought the same thing....this May weed out some of the dirt bags that don't belong on a public road anyway .

While it may get some carriers off the road I don't think those voting were giving 2 craps about that.

No worries, I just wonder what benefits those that voted for it will be receiving as well.

Just shows you how big a scumbag a lot of truckers are that they are cheering for guys to go out of business so the lawyers can get their insurance increase.

At the end of the day I’m here to run MY business, I have zero skin in your game.

I didn’t put my life on the line with my finances to make sure you succeed.
