Pfj tanker tries a u-turn and fails in SoCal.

That tow truck driver is more patient then me. The tanker driver really came off like a know it all, even know he was the dummy high centered on the pavement and truck off in the ditch.

 

Too many 4 wheelers thinking they can drive as a trucker in my opinion.

 

I've never been high centered. But I have been winched out a couple times.

 

Anyone who drives a truck in areas with a lot of dirt, or a lot of snow where its wet or not well plowed has gotten stuck at least once, it happens. Being high centered on the other hand is just poor planning in 99% of cases.

 

As long as you keep yer drives on solid ground you can back a trailer into just about anything, and the tractor will drag it out.

 

Just let the tow truck man do his thing and stay out of the way.

 

LOL. He ended up heading the same direction and even the driver said “this road goes through anyway”. WTF were you doing trying to make a u-turn then? Idiot.

 

I can't say I high centered, but I did get stuck in an icy parking lot after I had delivered my load of fuel.... not enough weight on my drives to move, and I couldn't slide the 5th wheel enough to make a difference and gain traction.
Mildly embarrassing to say the least.

 

Just dump all the fuel out to make it lighter .
