    The thing is the whole purpose of putting in a Viper V-10 is so that you don’t need turbos! lol
    And compared to some of the cars today with all the safety systems and structural reinforcements in place,that Barracuda is light!

    while this is all true, that car is sitting on a 275/40/18 t1r toyo. any advantage it has at low speeds is long gone out the window. the 200+ hp the hellcats have will start talking around 80 mph. heavy or not.

    Now to be fair the Cuda is mostly about enjoying the ride,not going a quarter mile at a time like the Hellcat.

    have you ever been in a hellcat car? any of them? they are literally a huge leather sofa on wheels. i have no doubt that any of the hellcat options are more comfortable & ride light years better than that cuda.

    the cuda is nostalgic and imho has lost its edge with the newer drivetrain and inevitable cutting required to fit it. the article is talking about performance vs a hellcat, which is what i was originally discussing. the cuda is a different kind of car and should not be compared to a new one, its going to lose at everything except cool factor.
