    “D****** BOY!!!”
You have to be booking at a decent amount of speed to knock a bridge out of alignment like that!!! Especially to knock one of the girders off of a support and have it hanging in midair!

    NavigatorWife and bryan21384 Thank this.

i don't care how the bridge was built.

i don't care who built it

    i don't care the costs.

but this nonsense of stupid, and i mean GROSSLY STUPID truckers has gone on far too long.

if need be, the Feds ought to get involved and seize his CDL permanently. up to and including shutting down his company for good.

because apparently, these STPUID occurrence's continue to this day, and it must be stopped.

since the trucking industry and jerkwad companies do nothing, then it's time for the Fed's to step in, and do it for us.

it's been long over due, a good thorough cleaning to be done by someone else, cuz apparently, no one else has the time.

I'd hate to see the Feds getting involved in trucking any more than they already are.
There has to be a different solution. Any ideas?

Cattle prods to the genitals. Better yet, an electric seat so that if the bed is up and the speed goes over a certain speed, it zaps their nether region like an electric fence.

A CDL suspension that is tough? I mean......wreckless drivers get a lot of chances before they are forbidden from driving. Guys roll trucks and find work the very next day for real.

They can also connect the electric seat to the turn signal...after driving a certain distance at normal speed with the forgotten blinker on...zap. Wouldn't take many zaps before they would stop forgetting that the blinker lever works both ways.

long before i got into trucking, i turned wrenches. as anyone knows, that can be lucrative money if the customer is not aware of what's going on. if i recall, decades, and decades ago, to avoid the Feds from getting into our tails, the state of Michigan, was (i think Michigan) was the first to start licensing auto repair people.

well just after that happened, a non profit organization then known as NAISE, was formed to get mechanics "certified" in various repair procedures.

it is known today as ASE, and you see them sponsor all sorts or auto/truck racing.

when people see the Blue seal, of the ASE, it is a way to inform people that the shop has qualified mechanics working there, not parts changers on commission (as in Sears, K-Mart, Firestone, etc)

anyway, they formed to hold off mandatory licensing of mechanics, by the feds.

as an industry of truckers, there is no real governing body to control the CDL schools for training..

no governing body to control company training programs

this is what is needed, an organization with clout and a huge hammer, to clean up the trucking industry, otherwise,

it's ..."business as usual", and those moron truckers or shall i say steering wheel holders, will continue to populate our roadways, destroying, maiming, and killing.....

so i think having the feds step in, would be ideal, let them clean up the CDL system, and revoke many CDL's from jackwads.

maybe even shut down, well known CDL Mills as well.
