    Tips just came out for this quarter my co-driver has been with the company more than a year I've been with the company about 7 months even though I do most of the driving and most of the work and I'm lead driver come to find out from the driver manager that how they gave us our raises they took tips bonuses from all drivers who's been there under a year and they doubled it for drivers have been there more than a year so in essence any co-driver you have who's been there more than a year is getting your tips money they didn't even write it and let you know I question the driver manager and he States they don't have to tell us that's how they gave us our raises

    I generally tip 15% as much as 18 to 20% for really good service. Maybe he's getting better tables than you are.

    Big Maude gets all my tips. My beef tips? Big Maude! Shish kabobs? Big Maude? You don’t screw with Big Maude when it comes to tips!

    Come to think of it, you don’t screw with Big Maude when it comes to chicken, pork, shrimp, hamburger, pie, ice cream. Even trout!

    If it can go down to the old storage tank, Big Maude ain’t passing it up!
