What Would Be Your Excuse For Being In The Express Lane

Jerkwads cut me off and boxed me out in 70 mph traffic where it wasnt safe to back down enough to get over to the right lane ?

Not sure i would beleive that myself though

 

What excuse would actually work with LEO?

 

1000$ to 2000$ cash?

If your "lucky" enough to get the corrupt guy? But at that point the ticket would probably be cheaper

 

Probably get as big a ticket as a cdl driver holding a phone, while truck is in motion? Asking for a friend.

 

Unless it is the really corrupt guy that takes the cash and then hands you the ticket anyway, just to teach you a lesson.

Seriously though, not all express lanes restrict trucks.

 

Depends if there was signage for no trucks. Ive only been to texas a handful of times but i remeber running the express lane thru dallas or something like that
