    I lost the front vents and the defrost/floor combo. the floor selection alone and the defrost alone works. i know there is a drum that controls the selections. how hard is it to remove the dash and replace the hvac position selector? Is there any other way to fix the part or does it have to be replaced?

    I know the frieghtliners I've had actually have a reset/relearn process that moves the blend and selection doors through the full swing to relearn all the positions. Which has helped and is done just by putting the knobs in a certain position and holding a button till it blinks. Not sure if Pete's have a similar function. Might be worth a Google or search on here im sure someone knows
