If so, what do the green and blue lights mean?

I had one at my previous company. Green on the left side means it's on, the blue means it is connected to the cell network the system uses. The green arrow means it's uploading and the big green "!" means a critical event was triggered (hard brake, sudden sharp corner, impact/collision, etc.)

I have one. Never pay attention to it. So, no idea when I get an event triggered. IDK. My experience is that there are times I think I should have triggered an event and it never shows up. Other times, I do get some event that when I look at it, it simply doesn't make sense. I don't have any problems with my safety score stuff. Most of the time my score is zero. So, when I do get an event that doesn't make sense I don't bother to complain about it because of the times I thought it should have captured one and it didn't. I figure it comes close enough to evening out to not be worth the bother.
