Alright Owner Ops., Its time to shutdown to force a Government Resolution.

I was tempted to upgrade as opposed to overhaul my 2013 cascadia at xmas .
I opted to overhaul after listening
to the owner of my company who said were looking at decreases in contract rates ...not bad rates but not wonderful .
My company has been in biz since 1932 so I go with their conservative lead .
There's a poop storm predicted and with all the new trucks ordered it will probably happen when the bottom falls out .
I plan on being prepared .

 

If you want to get you message across might I suggest you post your question in the following languages.
Hindi, Russian, Serbian, Bosnian, Persian, Nigerian, Mexican.

 

This thread is a year old and people still saying the same crap.......while you light weight s were crying I doubled my fleet size and this year is looking even better with cheap trucks I may be growing by another 50% and building my shop

 

Your trucks are leased onto KL breed?

 

I have a couple trucks there the rest are on a dedicated contract somewhere else I am thinking about moving another truck to breeden

 

I’m a happy trucker , I only shut down when I’m on vacation or truck needs shop time. Make plenty of $$$. If your unhappy in your chosen profession why not try something different or bring in a business professional to help find your weak points ?

Yes please shut down. But please stay shut down so your out of the way and not clogging up our industry with your silly child like nonsense. Business people do business and truck drivers who are not that bright complain.

 

NO TRUCKER STRIKE did anything to negate the 562% INCREASE in Trucking Insurance COSTS, therefore NO FUTURE STRIKE will ever accomplish anything meaningful.

UNION DRIVERS, OWNER OPS, LEASE OPS, COMPANY DRIVERS equal the Majority of Truck Drivers and since never have just those 4 groups become aligned in any "strike".

I've heard about Drivers wanting to "strike" since 1998 and NOTHING GAINED was the largest development!!

Our "government" might just say
"oh, okay"!
