No it wont, ashphalt and concrete will retain the stench for a long time (months) and thats if youre lucky enough to have no one else dump their piss there again.

Gravel and dirt/grass are the only acceptable places to empty a jug bottle etc. Itll still stink but one rain will pull it down and make it disappear unless its literally gallons upon gallons a day in the same place

Soil microbes will break down the waste before the rain comes. All that is needed is absorption into the ground. That will happen fairly rapidly.

I was in Ft Collins a month or so ago. Forgot the name of the Truckstop. Was going to change a light and accidentally dropped a tool in the dirt. Bent over to pick it up and was hit with a hug burst of piss odor. I literally spayed my tool with alcohol before I put it away. Then two hours later was a dude plodding along through the #### dirt in flippy flops. Lolol. I chuckled to myself.

On dirt and grass, and to a lessor extent gravel if it is porous enough to drain quickly to soil below.

Thanks to the environmental stuff, most of those tiny plants are gone; along with a lot of the larger ones too. close to my warehouse there was a BASF and Air Products & Chemicals plant sites were superfund sites. Both have been 'brown fielded' by leveling, compacting and building huge warehouses.

I don't doubt there isn't still a few slimy places around Newark or Paterson but a lot of the big players are long gone.
