Carrier411 negative freight guard report

Carrier 411 is a scam, the owner makes a living posting crap from brokers against carriers and the rest follow through in their reports as it was the word from God, a broker can write everything he wants and use as many words as they please but carrier411 will give you only a small number of characters to answer which doesn't allow you to say anything to defend yourself, the owner is a lawyer and a crook, you can send a cease and desist letter to whom wrote the report and one to carrier411. They are not immune to legal suit and if you get a good paralegal to help you draft your claim with proof exam. names of the carriers who refuse to give you loads and were customers before, etc. Most US courts don't like slandering of the overreaching of those crooked internet companies and or load brokerage that think they can destroy any carrier with the push of a button.

 

i been in business since 2010 started driving at 21. Never had an issue on my end. Got a unpaid load and a freightguard report on me for double brooking freight. Looking back, on the BOL there was another company name by mistake I guess at shipper. Now 1 out of 4 brokers dont want to work with me. I called the broker who put the report on me, he wont pay the load and says we double brook freight. When I seen his DAT score hes got 1.7 stars and a lot of negative reviews mostly not paying carriers. I have a way out, got into real-estate got 3 houses renting out.. going amazing. Never wanted to get out of trucking. I love trucking especially being owner operator working when ever I want to. Because we are treated like dirt by many pigs and people at shipping.. I’ll build up my second business. Im outta here very soon had enough of this and its only getting worse I see. I wont run the country with freight anymore not seeing my family and 3 kids.. Instead I’ll work from home and enjoy my time home everyday. Getting treated like trash here Im out very soon.

 

Go ahead! Persue your happiness! This profession demands us to take a lot of BS and it can wear a decent man down too quick.

 

There is more to this story. I cant just not pay carriers that picked up and delivered loads for me. If you got a FG report for double brokering then a few things could have happened. 1) you were double brokering and got caught, 2) you booked a load with someone who double brokered the load to you, hence the "different carrier at the shipper." and the broker posted a FG under both MC#s.

 

yep, that’s exactly how it is, I am a 1 truck, 1 driver got my own company, like I said, this broker has 1.7 stars on DAT, most complains are not paying to carriers. I know I dont double broke.. it’s all good, the black volvo I bought from my dad is my last truck.. we got 1-2 years and we outta here. Brokers have many complains by carriers and thats fine, I got only 1 complain by the broker since 2010, just for a simple mistake at the shipper. Never in 10 years I had an issue with the broker, this is 1st time and I do see how a broker can simply really screw the carrier.. I can only see myself getting uploaded 5hrs and missing my next load just for another bad report to FG, this can happen to anyone. We gonna be outta here, its only getting worse.

 

Who did you book the load with, what company? You can message me direct if you would like. I will help if i can and you are a real truck driver/OO and not some scammer. Most FG reports can be disputed. And if you didnt double broker the load, they have to pay you for your work, it is illegal for a broker not to pay you unless they have some serious proof something is wrong. When i moved load out trailers, carriers did all kinds of bad things with them. Didnt matter if they kept and used it for 30 days after it was due, legally i had to pay the carrier even if they were 30 days late. Bottom line is that it delivered, customer paid us, so we had to pay the carrier.

 

They choose to be hateful and discriminative. Just write down a list of who denies you loads and then refuse to book with them when market flip to trucks side.
Try not let it get to your feelings, this business is ruthless.

 

No you can’t dispute. Matter fact it says if a trucking company contact them, they will block you. It’s in their policy and website.

You can’t do anything about it. Anyone who tell you different is a liar. Only that broker can take it off.
Just remember who keep denying you loads and deny them a truck when market flip to trucks side. Which is most of the time lol
