Easy the goal is not to actully squish the car, its to swerve hard at it and either make him lose control, drop his gun, decide your not worth it or if lucky actully whack him. Hard to get beside a truck and keep shooting it, if its swerveing at you. As for him taking out your tires....well they are on that side of the truck anyway so odds are your going to go in his direction anyway especially if he gets a steer. Plus it will be obvious whats about to happen considering he is all but climbing out the #### window to shoot you.
The gun is for if the ####### pulls a "bump the truck to make it stop to trade info then murder the driver" situation. Or pulls over to "finish the job" No responsible gun owner is going to get into a vehicle to vehicle battle at highway speeds. To much risk of one of my rounds missing and taking out grandma in the oncoming lane. Stop watching action movies and take a self defense course or three.

Watch the video.
The firearm comes into play once my vehicle is disabled or I stop to get away from him.
As far as shooting from a moving vehicle that’s generally not a good idea, but they do offer courses on it in atleast three different states I know of first hand.NavigatorWife, BigBob410, Arctic_fox and 1 other person Thank this. -
I hope the one who actually got hit recovered from his wounds.NavigatorWife and BigBob410 Thank this. -
His aim is too high for tires. Apparently he is strafing along the cab and the drivers have been lucky that the bullets arent hitting them. Not a very well thought out attack.
NavigatorWife and Bud A. Thank this. -
The “truck” in the video is a dually pickup with a trailer, way more maneuverable than a semi truck. I’ve never been in that situation but I’ve seen enough movies to know he should’ve swerved into the car, pinned him up against the barrier, and then off the car driver as he’s pinned in his car. Then there’s a break in the action and next thing you know life is back to normal and the hero is driving a new pickup.

Anyone know if they caught this turd yet?
NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
What if the next picture showed an RPG going right for his chest, then the next one a fire ball? Then they run up and the photos show the roof gone and just a fire and smoke, and on the road is his forearm and hand still holding the firearm. They could bag that, tag that, run it to HQ and in an hour or less they would have his DNA and ID, and I am sure he has a long record too.
