I don’t really know anything about TMC but have heard stories like if you walk on their lawn and not the sidewalk they send you home
    Maybe true maybe not?

But have you seen some or most of the drivers out on the roads? pigs and careless slobs

If I was putting a potential pig or slob in my $150,000 truck plus trailer I’d want to watch what he was doing too

I’m sure the drivers that fall into the professional side of driving really have no issues with the nanny as they probably live like what’s expected anyways

Sorta like everyone being told to wash their hands during the covid stuff

I’m not a big believer that covid is what they say but again I’ve always washed my hands so my personal life has been the same now as it was years ago

Walking on the grass is a Maverick thing for sure. Here’s the deal, the first day in orientation they tell you straight up: if we see you walking on the grass, you’ll have a bus ticket home before your bags are packed. Do you understand? They are very upfront about it.

it’s about respect, they spend A lot of money on their facilities. It’s also saying if you can follow a basic rule that they set out from the jump. If you cant stay off the grass, how can they know you will follow their rules about securement, customer service etc.

No thanks. Maverick and TMC can keep it. I talked to recruiters/drivers and 100% they’re the last driving job I would take.
I’m pretty glad I stuck out the farm as long as I have, once I move I’ll either be doing tanker or van.
No way I’m spending two weeks training for a second time

    cke Thanks this.

I’m sure you’re probably kidding, or maybe not. It’s a respect thing, respect for their property, equipment, customers, ect. truck drivers always complain about trashed truck stops or broken equipment from the last driver, yet do nothing to fix the problem. If people had a bit more respect for others, these issues would solve themselves.
