Student apprenticeship while on probation?

Good afternoon, first off about me. I live in Southern Wisconsin. I am 38 years old with a perfect MVR. I have no experience in the truck driving industry. I have always had passion and dreamt of being in this industry. So of course I'm looking for an apprenticeship program that will take me on and give me a job after. I finally have nothing holding me back from going on the road except for my backround. In 2018 I title jumped a car and in 2020 was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing (misdemeanor) for that case, Also put on probation until court cost are paid in full. My probation is not restricted and my only contact with probation officer is over the phone. I plan to be payed off and my probation over by the end of the year. I have applied at least 4 of the mega carriers that offer apprenticeship. If this is an impossible task to accomplish with my circumstances then I will be left no choice but going through a tech school training program. I am determined to make this happen one way or another. This career will be my final and I am determined to be great doing it. I am not a lier and have always been honest on my applications. Any recommendations on a personal recruiter or company that has been know to take situations like mine. Greatly appreciated and thank you for reading.

 

I have not been turned away necessarily! I have heard from Rohel and Variha that they treat it case by case. Word of mouth has also stated that you need 3 years from conviction. I guess I won't truly know until I get through the next step, getting my permit and DOT physical completed. That will be done by the end of this week. I truly appreciate the responses as this issue has left me sleepless a few times. Unfortunately the tech school already started there program and can't qualify for financial assistance until next summer. I won't stop until I have an offer from a company or school. It truly is more then a career for me. It's been a dream ever since I tagged along in my grandpa's 18 wheeler. I made stupid mistakes and learned my lesson from it all.
