Love's-Gemini in Berthoud and Denver.

All fine and dandy. But that's again why I'm looking at a travel trailer. Find a nice RV park near the work place and live out of that while I make my penny. After that, off into the night like a ghost!!

I will say that the only things I'd partake in are those cruiser bicycle rides in Boulder, and the train and plane museums. The underrated, top notch activities for me that usually get overshadowed by breweries, sports, and nature hikes.

 

Yeah, I've seen the prices for the area in regards to space prices. But at least I'm not having to wait around for background/credit checks. And waitlists are less of a thing to deal with than an apartment complex.

At this point, the only people pressuring me to move up there are potential employers. The "natives" and people that claim to be them would rather you turn right around and exit stage left immediately.
