My slow and steady 1500 miles. It always seems like that last 100 miles takes eons to finally come to an end

1500 is more to my liking. I usually average about 1900 miles a week. Everything just seemed to click this week.

Sort of. Back home. This doctor doesn't want to just assume stage IV. I told him no matter what. We're treating it as curable.

That design is known for big hp. Just a neat design. Totally different from everything else.

Me and another driver bsing in the shop , waiting to get my paperwork for my pm and he was checking in... he was telling stories from the old days of trucking, had me laughing so dang hard i had to sit down to catch my breath, i was about to piss myself, some of the #### he was saying. :biggrin_25523:

walked out back to my truck after getting my paperwork and an older driver was in there getting work done...

"Young man young man, come here let me show you something"

"You see that purty yeller motor? Thats a real mans motor, what do you know about it ?"

So i stood there and listen this driver stories for a good 10 minutes. Hes been driving since the 80s. Had me laughing like hell too. Gave me some business advice, and we parted ways...

its so rare to find guys out here just to bs with for a couple minutes . It gave me a sense of thats what trucking used to be like back in the day where everybody looked out for eachother..

Whats gonna happen when guys like that retire ? Wheres all the funny stories gonna come from? Thats what makes this #### worth it. Its been a long and stressfull week , but it dont matter anymore. There still some good truckers out there that look out for their own and it was nice to experience that for once.
