Cat c15 acert conversion flash files

Good day I'm new to ecm flashing , I have a cat c15 acert that was converted to single turbo , my mechanic said I need a c15 single turbo flash file. I was wondering if I could use any c15 single turbo file with a common hp rating or I need a specific file?
