Good day forum users, I like to ask for help.
I just bought 2016 Volvo VNL 670 515Kmiles, the seller did Head, injectors, cups, turbo, DPF filter cleaning, as I started to drive I noticed. Black smoke when turbo kicks-in, i have it at a shop for repairs and shop did replaced, 7 injector with module, boost sensor, cleaned & checked EGR( separate company), hydrocarbon valve, EGR diff sensor, intercooler, checked for air pressure, ...
At first it showed nox sensor and injector quality for multiple injectors, I did software update and now no codes showing up....
Shop saying it could be Cracked DFP filter($5k) Or injectors($4K), no guarantee that it will fix a problem... I just spend $8K for a shop... Work.....
Can someone recommend or suggest what can it been?
Thank you All who are willing to help.
