    Hello everyone!
I have a 2007 KW T2000 c-15 acert twin turbo 13 speed Eaton fuller, and have done a rebuilt on it recently. Before i took it for a rebuilt my gauges were acting up a lot, and now the only gauges working are the Volt gauge and air gauges!
I’ve checked the fuses and we’re all good. Took it to an electrician and he said he would have to remove my transmission lol. Any idea what it could be? Thank you in advance

Do dash lights work. It could be a loose connection.
If so, check wiring harness . Follow harness from motor to around trans to cab.
    Also check grounds.
    Check behind dash also.
    Good luck

Maybe take it back to the shop that did the rebuild. Apparently some things were not re installed or connected properly. Or....remove the transmission. That usually solves the problem of non working gauges. Lol:rolleyes:

Like today's cars, instruments and such are all multiplexed together and tied to the computer. Any split-second interruption at any connection starts the 'puter into reacting, sometimes, to a momentary interruption in information as gospel and reporting the situation until reset. Sometimes the stupidest connection or loose ground is all it takes.

Start looking for and damage in the wiring and be suspicious of and wire terminals bolted fast for a ground without a wire. Something that was intermittent [OP mentioned some wonky gauge performance before overhaul] may have been yanked out because it was that ONE ground hidden out of sight that everyone overlooks. Look for slash and twist CB/music/whatever power hookups. It is going to be an adventure. You may find it right away or it might take years.

Wife had an '06 Impala That would sound an alarm and read Low Oil Pressure - shut down now! Pull over, shut it off, got out checked the oil and looked for signs of an oil loss. Nothing. Start it back up and life was back to normal until the next bump or whatever caused a, probably corroded connection, to loose contact for a mili-second and off goes the alarm bells....now driving down the interstate and for the 100,000th time you know it OK but you can't silence the dam bell until one can pull over and re-start hoping it wasn't going to repeat a mile down the road.

Traded it because nobody could find it...

Hello everyone. I appreciate your replies.
I have taken the truck to multiple shops and they all failed to find the issue! I began to stress out about it began to pray about it for God to help me because I’ve done a complete out of frame platinum at CAT. Interesting thing is, that same night i had a dream someone telling me in my dream, it’s going to be my ABS wiring and has something to do with the ECU which i had no idea what that means until i looked it up. Looks like it’s a aluminum box inside dashboard right under where CB radio goes and i unplugged it, looked good, then as soon as i was about to plug it back in, all the gauges came back on. But would not stay on when i pushed it in all the way! So a friend of mine who’s an electrician came and helped me with it. Apparently there was a short somewhere with the fuse labeled as ABS IGN. Now every time i put the fuse ABS IGN 5Amp on it kills my gauges, and soon as i take it out, the gauges come back on! I will come back and let you know when he finds what is causing that ABS IGN to burn and what is causing that short, for those that might run into same issue. Thanks again, and hope you all doing well.
