This is first time I got into the accident, that why I’m so nervous about everything, sorry for my bad English, and thank you all !

If it was in your personal vehicle, and you were not at fault, then you should be just fine.

You’ll likely never work again. The other party is going to sue your pants off and then file a sexual harassment suit against you for running around with no trousers on. You’ll become so tired of dealing with all that you’ll end up having an at fault accident and then the real trouble begins.

If none of that happens, you might just *squeak* by this time.

It won't be held against you but you MUST disclose it on any application. Get a copy of the police report and store it someplace where you can find it. You'll need details like the exact date, nearest intersection and whatever other details the application asks for. It will be harder to remember all the details a year or two down the road so make sure you can find the police report so you can use it as a cheat sheet when filling out applications.

If there’s no report, you don’t need to do anything. Go about your business and forget it ever happened.
