I’m trying to get on there myself. Only real complaint I hear is the crap trailers, bad recap tires that
Blowout constantly and a lack of empties. Some DH 100 plus miles for an empty. No bueno…. But then again, USA doesn’t charge a trailer fee. Other than that, they have bigger upside IMO. It’s hard to get on with them tho. TEL has no trucks. Neither does anyone else in their network.

 

As for mt Imade a list in my lanes when I was at cfi I looked to see usa trls at customers I have never had to bounce far for a trl ...as for matinence of yrls that's a hole other deal I keep mudflaps lights trl repair tape for wholes calking nuts bolts zip ties ect I have personally fixed about 16 trls ....air tires 90% I put in I unhook tire enflation systems to check if it's working

 

USA needs to do something about the trailer problems.

 

I suppose they could spend a few million on new ones and lower Driver pay.lol

 

They don’t have to spend millions on new trailers. Geez is everyone on these boards a smart ### hole with stupid meaningless comments? My God, another genius here. Well wise ###, how about buying some decent F ing tires and stay on top of the trailer maintenance. that doesn’t take millions. If need be, do as most other OTR companies do and charge a rental fee to offset the cost of maintenance. It’s common sense. And they run off a board anyway so the driver pay shouldn’t have anything to do with it. I’m leaving this board. Bunch of dipsh*t A holes on here that think they know everything but know ####. Just smart ### dumb AF comments….. #### this! Later….

it does take millions problem i see no one stops to fix anything a guy droped a trl in ct that blew out a tire in kc he fixed the tire but not mudflap or trl lights
