I am interviewing with them Monday at one of their Texas locations. I hope they offer a decent hourly rate.....

And they offer a pension which is unheard of these days. I'm creeping up on retirement so it's time to start thinking about that.

I've heard their hourly pay is only around 24-25 an hour for an experienced driver with alot of overtime....but that's to be expected for a home daily , weekend off gig honestly....
And to be fair....Oregon wages suck in general because well, it's Oregon. I'm in Texas...its a bit different down here.
Although....i am curious to know the reason why they've been looking for a driver down here for a looong time. I think its due to the rural area the terminal is located but lucky for me it's a 20 minute commute from the house. Fingers crossed.....

Just remember it's ag related, have to make hay when sun is shining ( planting / harvest).
The slow times you may be in the warehouse / forklift making 40 hours week.
