When buying all 8 brand new drive tires I was wondering do any o/o on here have them balance before putting them on the truck?
Should you have new drive tires balanced??

Yes, I do. Could have an out of balance wheel. It’s not just for the tire.
Regardless even if brand new I would balance but that’s just me. Gotta protect your investment.
Im that guy that does shocks and an alignment each time I do tires though. lolokiedokie, Team818, Speed_Drums and 8 others Thank this. -

Maybe I should do rear shocks when I do the front shocks too. It’s just what I’ve been doing.Vampire and Speed_Drums Thank this. -
Not spin balanced, unless you spend 6 hours every day picking rocks. Throw in balance beads.
Spin balancing only accounts for the wheel and tire. What about the hub and drum? Balance beads also change as the tire wears. Spin balancing is only effective at the wear point where the tire is when balanced.Vampire, Accidental Trucker, feldsforever and 1 other person Thank this. -
