A part number for the correct RIGHT headlight assembly for a 2019 Cascadia. I took a rock and the lens broke. Even though the lights work, I am going to assume that it's not replaceable without replacing the whole thing. Please correct me if I am wrong. A video that guides me through the physical replacement would be helpful too.

That’s how dealers look up part numbers except international they need 8.

You can just call Freightliner with the last 6. Some will give you a part number some won’t.

Because it depends on the unit's configuration, parameters, wiring, etc. Some trucks might have LED, some HALOGEN. Not necessarily all plug 'n' play.

    QUALITYTRUCK and 062 Thank this.

Yours is in fact the LED headlamp. for RH it is A66-01405-003 that was mentioned earlier.

The ULB and DRL module are still useful on the light if they were working. You can remove those with a torx. The ULB tho may be obsolete as per a SB 54-331. But I wouldn't worry about that necessarily if youre going to be ordering a whole new assembly.

Removal should be easy (if you don't have a bull-bar). Open hood, disconnect connector without breaking it, remove all 4 fasteners paying attention not let the housing to fall (maybe leave one fastener in loosened), close hood, and shimmy out old one. Be strategic.

Does anyone know of an online source for a used part that survived a crash, when the truck didn't?
