My 2015 international Lonestar has an issue where the auto start switch will trigger the air gauges to come on. Doesn't sound like an issue until later when they alarm because the air is low. And that happens before the auto start comes on. The switch seems kinda useless unless i can get this problem fixed. No one at the shop arms to know what's going on, and ideas?

Set it up to not sound alarm, just light on low air pressure? If possible, old kws is easy, just set dipswitchs for alarms/lights

I don't think it's that simple to adjust.

I also read that other auto starts trigger at 12.5 volts where in mine, my inverter alarms at 12.2 and the truck still won't start. I think it's triggered at 12 volts

The way it's supposed to work is, the body controller will tell the remote power module to turn on an accessory relay so the body controller can monitor battery voltage and engine oil temp. When starting conditions are met, such as low battery, the body controller will then tell the remote power module to turn on the main ignition relay. This is what would be also turning on the cluster which is the source of the low air alarm. So for some reason the remote power module is instantly turning on the ignition relay instead. If no recent rewiring has been done, I would suspect either the remote power module and/or body controller may just need a cold reboot. To do this, just disconnect the batteries for 5 mins and reconnect. Retest.
