@Robert gilley Chinatown suggested Climate Express to you. I do work there, and if you want to get a true feel for them, I will tell you all you need to know in a private message.

I do feel compelled to say this: trucking is evolving man. It's more regionalized than it has ever been. Many companies will advertise all 48 for solos, but let's be for real....many companies hate to tie up a truck for longer than 2 days. I am not trying to be a "Rich" but I'm on the side of the other members in this thread here. Just because a company says they do all 48, doesn't mean that's how you'll run. Regardless of what they say, you have to be cool with they operate. I get it. Everyone loves running west. It's open road, it's easy, it's pretty, it fits the trucker image, blah blah blah. So many drivers make the mistake of trying to make a company fit their desires. It's a business man. Who went to who for a job? In trucking, you gotta learn to eat #### and like the taste of it sometimes. You can't always make them fit your desires. You and other drivers who do this fussing about really petty issues have to adjust to their system. Gotta get in where you fit in. It ain't all the time you're gonna like where you go, but the common denominator in every run is that its paying you money. If I were you, I'd just do whatever is asked of me on the job, or make a change. If you're looking for these other drivers on here to join you on a ##### rant, you're going to be disappointed.

Not looking for any one to join my " rant", just speaking my mind, I know how it is out here, been doing this for a long time, just getting tired of all the bs , for the most part ai like who I am with, but they expect me to live in the northeast,I didn't sign up for that. I'm not from the northeast. I'm from Texas and my company is from Texas and they have plenty of runs in Texas, they don't share those runs equally.
I know what it takes out here, but I ain't eating any garbage for any one. This just take it and like it attitude is not who I am.
When I was 12 yrs old I won the all state golden gloves Jr champion ship, then again at 16 , I'm a fighter ,not physically any more but in my heart.
I don't like to have to put up with or take crap from any one .
People should be honest and keep their word

Too many people on here making way too many assumptions, just because I want what I was told I could have in exchange for work, I'm a millennial? Where does that even make since?
