That company looks really good. Website doesn't show how much experience is required. Let me know.

They were paying pretty average up until a couple months ago when they switched from pay by the mile to percnetage pay and have gotten a lot more attractive since then so the hiring standards are probably tighter than before now.
Got to say getting fired from jb hunt was the best bad thing that ever happend to me.supergreatguy, D.Tibbitt, Siinman and 3 others Thank this. -
4 days out and 4 days home is burning you out? Try food service or beverage delivery for a few months. "Home Daily", " Sleep in your own bed". You will be BEGGING for your 4 and 4 OTR job back. Good luck!

You might try Britton Transport. They have a van/reefer division as well as a Flatbed division. All are OTR. I did Flatbed for 3 years with them. They technically have a 1 week out to earn 1 day off as well but I routinely worked 3 weeks and went home for 5-6 days. Never a word was said about it. If you like where you are now you might see if you can extend your time off. They might prefer that to losing you. Best wishes to you!
