I haven't read all 81,400 posts in this thread, so maybe this has already been posted. But the mention of Arizona monsoons brought this song to mind.

 

I'm going to be home tomorrow for the first time in many weeks. And this just reminded me to request my Swedish wife to make her delicious Swedish meatballs. They're the best!

Also, if you are looking for pierogies in Denver, look no further than Kinga's Lounge on Colfax. My expensive wife took me there last time I was home. Kinga is Polish, the pierogies are amazing, and his pretty daughters bring the beer and pierogies to your table.

In fact, now I want another day off so we can go there Monday. I need some fresh ideas for an excuse to give dispatch for an extra day home. "Sick" doesn't work anymore -- you get put out of service because it might be the coof. So tired of this.
