    K&B is set up to be a drivers nightmare. Some companies don't maintain trailers and it ruins the experience. Also with long haul dont let companies make a habit out of stealing good runs. Iv im on a 2300 mile run and there's no reason for it to be late , im not giving it up

    My company also will have drivers swap to get somebody home for time off. Never a hassle. No nefarious reasons. There are several hot loads I have picked up because I was in the vicinity. Swapped with a Team. The load I ended up with was at least as many miles if not more than the original pickup. I don't mind either. I get paid to move freight. That's what I do.

    Yeah. I knew I was forgetting one. That's why I said normally. LOL I had forgotten home time. But that one is not as common.

    I have had very good experiences with all of you YMP's. I feel for you having to deal with aye hole d bag drivers. The several times I have flagged one of you guy down to ask directions or help pulling a wedged in trailer that no sleeper could possibly get out.....no problem. Treat people politely, 95% of the time you get the same.

    If a company is good at planning to get drivers home, there's not going to be a need very often to swap to get home.

    If home time is not a priority for a company, then they're not going to be going out of their way arranging for too many swaps for home time.

    @Val_Caldera Greetings to you,

    Please forgive me if I was somewhat confused at your answer, considering that I have never driven a truck. I was, to the best of my ability, repeating what the truck driver at the truck stop had told me word for word.
    I HOPE that I did not misinterpret or misquote anything that the truck driver was telling me.

    God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!

    The absolute sheer driving force of our national economy - without truck drivers, our entire national economy would come to an absolute standstill - if not outright be dead.

    Over the mountains, through the woods, into the valleys, coast to coast, from sea to shining sea - truck drivers can and do go anywhere and everywhere, every day, every night, all year round.

    GREETINGS back @ Ya!

    I understood how a Driver could get a Service Failure yet be able to pass such a Load to another Driver and the company "add time constraints" as well "Do not be late for Delivery" unless, somehow the Load was re-scheduled for Delivery.
    Such rework does not eliminate the Service Failure on the Original Driver unless some companies have very different/odd/peculiar/strange Operating Procedures.
    "Time Constraints" do not recognize Breakdowns, Wrecks, Weather, Traffic (Closed Roads), Driver Laziness (Sunshine Driver), all of which Have, Do and Will Continue to interfere with Product Relocation.

    Thanks For Your Response!!
    I Hope The Best To Thee and Thy Loved Ones!!

    CHEERS!!
