    Customer's hose has a bad kink. This delivery will take at least 2-3X as long as it should. I offered to take some of the kink out if they'd give me a large channel lock. Nope. I'm almost hoping they burn up their pump.

    There's very little accountability anymore for people that show absolutely no initiative.
