Does the company require an escrow for company drivers?
Is a contract required to be signed?

    Hello Dennixx!
    1) We hold 1 week for incidentals, so basically you will get your first check in day 14, and after that weekly.
    2) Yes, you will need to sing the contract like in any other company, but that's not for some period of time just for general rules and conditions. So you are not required for example to work for a year or so after you signed it.
Feel free to ask any questions.

An employment contract is needed so that there is stability and security in the relationship between the employee and the employer;)

    I'm familiar w the word and meaning...lol
I would Never work for a company with a contract unless I had a employment attorney rewrite it to my specific language...

Good luck with your search for employees though.
