    You must disclose ALL CDL JOBS for the last 10 years. Where do you get your information. This isn't 1971 anymore. ALL of that information is in a database somewhere.

    4.4.1 What is a Crash? (390.5T)
    Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations define a reportable "crash" and “accident” as an occurrence involving a commercial motor vehicle in interstate or intrastate commerce in which:

    • A vehicle was towed from the scene;
    • A fatality occurred; or
    • A person was injured and required immediate medical treatment away from the crash scene.

    I'm guessing the "broken steer axle" needed to be towed........

    Stop hitting stuff. Take a breath, and "think through" every maneuver. Don't get in a hurry. That's when you break stuff.

    Also get your rest. "Tired truckers do stupid ####."

    That’s the one that’s preventing new employment. My mind is going to worse case scenarios. Pedestrians, buildings…all kinds of potential carnage.

    Mr @Ridgeline what are your thoughts?

    Lol no I was not going fast. I was delivering to a neighborhood Walmart store. And to get to the dock you have to go around the back of the building. We'll behind the Walmart is a post office and all that's there for trucks to get around is a narrow passage. I didn't know at the time, I needed my tandems slid all the way forward to complete the turn. So with them half back I tried to get around the post office fence. But saw I was going to hit the fence with my trailer. So I did the stupid thing and steered to the right to avoid the fence, but my trucks steer hit and went over the curb. And on the other side of that curb was gravel. The tire sank down about a foot or more. I tried rocking the truck back and forth to get out but it was useless. I kept digging deeper. So eventually I had to relent and call a wrecker to pull it out. If you wanna check the Walmart I'm talking about search neighborhood Walmart garden city Idaho.

    The one on W State Street? Never been there, had to look on google maps.

    Looks like a fairly easy turn off W State, spin the rig around on that big concrete apron and back into the south dock......at least that's what the picture on my phone looks like.:dontknow:

    3233 N Cole Rd, Boise, ID 83704

    my guess is the first pic….

    Just apply to what jobs interest you and list every ‘incident’ you had. You’ll find something

    @ncmickey thanks for that.

    I didn't really think I had the right one because there was no post office in the satellite view.
