With the way the Fed is printing money, what makes you think that prices are going down on ANYTHING? Some people think this is a deliberate currency devaluation.

More than devaluation, some think this is a deliberate attempt to topple the American government.

At this rate of spending there simply is no way the dollar can survive this decade. That sounds like exaggeration but it most certainly is not.

For those who disagree, please site when in human history a similar situation occurred but resulted in a “soft landing”.

What will happen is this government will ultimately collapse, and another country's government will step up and replace it. Any guesses which one will? I'll give you a hint, it starts with C...

I sold my property and bought a brand new truck and brand new trailer. Once it crashes I’ll go ahead and build a place. Just got to be nimble :)

Housing market won’t crash. The gooberment won’t allow another 08.

The prices are a result of 4 years of good economic times and people exiting California, New York and other Democrap cities.

I for one sold my house in LA in 2017 and purchased in Vegas.

$400 less a month in payments and twice the house. In the best area possible. Now the value of my home is reaching $1 mill.

not bad for a high school drop out. To bad all that money is worthless.

Glad your hard work paid off!

Chinatown, you lived in TN for a time, right? What led to you leaving; TN is one of those states that have no personal income taxes, so we're you just seeking different scenery?

Born & raised in Tennessee and love the state, but tired of the ice & snow in the winter.
Tennessee does have high taxes on food at grocery stores, but Nevada doesn't tax food. Nevada does tax some meals at restaurants because that falls under 'entertainment tax', which most of those restaurants are in the casino and tourist areas.

Due to quick temperature differentials Tennessee gets hit with black ice on the highways and roads. So Tennesse road conditions are not the same as in PA or IN. During icy conditions in Tennessee, most cars and trucks off in ditches are from Northern states. That's just fact. That was my hobby, looking at license plates. Those crashed drivers assume there's no difference in road conditions from what they're used to in their home state.
