    My first post. Hello everyone!

I'm looking for a calculator to fit custom skids / crates for a given space. I found one online in the past but it's no longer up and running.
Example: 6 skids total. 2 @ 91x46x27, 80x42x20, 52x36x36, 40x40x31, 36x36x35. Non stackable. How much lineal feet does shipment take in a 26 ft straight truck with a 96" width.

Ideally one would enter the dimensions of the space they are working with (Box truck, 53 ft van, sprinter van etc. LxWxH). Then the dimensions of each pallet / crate. Then check a box if the the pallets are stackable or not. The calculator would produce the lineal feet of the shipment based off the size of the shipping space.

All the linear foot calculators I've seen are based off the width of a 53 ft van (102 inches). This does not work when trying to figure lineal feet of a shipment for various box trucks, sprinter vans, etc.

    Thanks ahead for any help!

    Derrick

There may be 1 that the Air Freight people use.. I hauled out of the trade shows, it was measured and it was billed by the dimensions. It was going by Air.

There has to an application out there for this. The user inputs the space he's working with and each skids dimensions. Then the skids can be rotated or moved around in the space to get a visual representation.
