Check tire pressure.
New rubber is always a bit squirrelly compared to worn tires.ProfessionalNoticer, Heavyd, God prefers Diesels and 1 other person Thank this. -

Was the load top heavy, and being out of the seat three months, plus recent work on the truck got you paranoid possibly? Also you said two new bags on the trailer. Are they for sure airing up all the way? Only two full bags will make it sway.

Believe it or not, like mentioned, new tires can have a loose feel. This is because of the new tall lugs of rubber that are bending and flexing to give you an unstable or wobbly feeling.

You'll probably lose some mpgs too. New tires are great, but there are negatives.

Heavyd Thanks this.

Yes all new lug drives will do this.
I can tell you, new 19.5 Goodyear's on a single axle rollback will scare you to poop your shorts.God prefers Diesels Thanks this. -
But like other's said, I'm going with new tires being the culprit. Takes a bit for the tread to get compacted.jamespmack Thanks this.
