It was a decent place to work before COVID, just another thing ruined by this virus.

I've been gone 5 weeks, of course nobody tells you anything.
All I know is the new girl working outbound thinks I'm stupid.
Like I don't know what loads we have and where they ship from.
Don't know what happened to the other guys.

    Bud A. Thanks this.

    It's exactly the opposite.
We come and go as we please.
I haven't talked to anybody in that office in months.

The only locked door is where they work in the office.
Leave them alone, they'll leave you alone.

There going overboard with this covid mask thing.
There bringing this all on themselves.
Nobody gives a crap about a mask anywhere
    Else in the city.

Bud A. and Harry Flashman Thank this.

I'd have a hard time sleeping on that yard. I think I'd find somewhere else to park.

Sometimes you got no choice. When you go through security to get into the yard, a driver can suddenly find out either the truck has been put OOS by the shop for some reason, or the driver credentials have been put on hold.

There is no warning before you get to the yard and a guard hands you a slip telling you that your are OOS.

Then you can’t get past security again and leave the yard until it’s taken care of, which may not be that day.
