Honestly, Roger, I don't mind helping out a bit.
The pick from Obetz was probably less than 5 miles away.
I just hate being treated like a #####.

    Speed_Drums and 48Packard Thank this.

    And you know something else?
If they had the decency and mutual respect to explain briefly, it might be different.
But it seems all about "You do this, or NO SOUP!"
    LOL.
They let their computers drive their business.

Maybe I'm just too old and just don't understand the plan

Obetz still cone blocking 2/3 of the entrance width so peeps don't run into the bridge barriers on the way out?! lol
Will say they got some good ol boys in the shop tho.
One old timer helped me free up a HIT connection that hadn't been used in 10 years.

Sometimes when I remember to check out the forums here I take a peak at this thread. Then I wonder if it was either good or bad that I live in a area that Schneider doesn't hire ICs. Also question. Is water loads even worth alot of money? Because I know Schneider pulls them out of Maine like 99% of carriers. I often bring one down to Pennsylvania or Massachusetts. Pennsylvania it's always around 42-43k. Then Massachusetts ones are around 48k. Think once had one almost at 50k. Like it's water. You would think it's cheap.

They know more than you do.
    Take that as a hint.

Maine is not a good place

Probably but I'm glad I'm here. Currently doing "regional" at .55cpm. Because Wisconsin and Georgia counts are regional. If being a IC for Schneider paid good enough to move out of state it's 50/50 I will. I do often wonder how would it be owning my own truck. Then I see the $350-$450 fill up and go nope

Tried to thug it out for the full 3 years but just can't. These rates are way too low for the high ### truck payment. I'll be switching to a mom and pop
