O/O seeking teammate. 33, M, Maryland. Chicago based carrier [Spot Market]

I'm a Baltimore based O/O leased onto a carrier out of Chicago. I'm running a 2016 Volvo with an automatic, 53 Dry van and a Single bunk sleeper. Mini fridge and inverter. I run spot market and the team runs are on fire so I need a temporary teammate to help me slay thru this holiday season. I'm looking to run coast to coast (Cali to the Northeast) or Laredo to the PNW. I'm a go-getter and like to follow the money. I check the DAT on a daily.

I'm a non smoker but you don't have to be. You would have to onboard with my carrier and complete a 1-day orientation. Minimum exp. requirement is 1 year. I'm looking to pay based on performance of the truck.

$0 - $5,000 = $1000
$5,000 to $9,000 = $1500
$9,000 to $12,000 = $1700
$12, 000 to $15,000 = $2000
$15,000 to $18,000 = $2500
$18,000 to $20,000 = $3000
Anything over $20,000 max out at $3500.

I'll pay via cashapp, PayPal or cold hard cash every Friday or Monday (depending on when settlement hits.)

I'm out here to make money as should you be. I just wanna drive. I'd prefer someone who isn't gonna preach about God or obsess over politics and conspiracies. Update: my carrier safety Mgr told me they could take someone with as little as 6 months ad long as I'm in the truck with them.
