Paccar MX 13 2014 loose power

Anyone have ideas what happened in my truck I changed exhaust manifold gas Kitts after change i block egr whole it’s already DEF deleted 1 year ago it was really good after I noted the power is really loosing too much sounds noise coming from turbo side not fuel mileage no any of check engine light ….
What can I do any ideas I already change turbo speed sensor.

I really need help for that’s issue I’m located in fort worth TX if anyone knows good mechanic around DFW PLEASE let me know.

I blocked that sensor have any idea is that reason to loose power?
I also close both of whole no smock going egr

Or anything
