OK then, I will amend my previous statement to say "the main screw up here was whoever decided upon a route requiring him to go south on 80 in the first place."
Regardless of whose decision it was, he should never have had to make that turn and cross that set of tracks.

Wasn't trying to beat a dead horse, I'm just wanting to understand the certified route process and if in this case the certified route document included cutting though private property (owners permission or not).
