This is only correct if his "normal work location" is his home instead of a terminal.

What we really need is yet another thread on any random subject turned in to a bashfest on flip flop wearing wanna be steering wheel holders. Yep, that's what we need.

What were we talking about? Oh yeah, PC. I am in favor of it. I use it when needed, and I've never been questioned about it.

What's so aggravating to me is the FMCSA watering down and issuing guidance on what PC can be used for. If they want to issue some kind of guidance for parking then call it that. Personal conveyance is not complicated. 99% of officers know exactly what it is and won't say a word if it's used correctly and not abused. The FMCSA opened the flood gates for abuse and we will all probably lose it now. Really pisses me off. It's just not that complicated.
Doesn't really matter what I think though. I have heard the powers at be are getting ready to issue some more brilliant "Guidance" on the use of PC. Somehow I'm certain we won't like anything that comes from that.
